Said building or structure shall be demolished by the owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this order, said demolition to be in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor} 2. In the a said building o structure i not demolished within thirty (30) days,as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officershall cease said building orstructure to be demolished a soon s possible, all expene sec i red thereof to be paid by the ownex(s) or assessed against the property in accordance with 17 M.R.S.A. § 2853. 3. The owner(s) of said building or structure shall remove all personal, property located therein, and in the event that the owner(s) fail to comply with this order, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall remove and dispose of said personal property.
