Moor. I have checked with the TaxCollector and there are no outstanding taxes due an this property. For your information, Mr. Chapero is the successor in title to Laura M. Moot. It will be greatly appreciated if you could secure Council approval for the execution of this deed at the meeting on next Monday the 11th.
