I a enclosing herewith a proposed Municipal Quit -Claim
deed for City Council approval and execution by the City
Treasurer whereby the City will release any=nterest it
acquired by virtue
of Tax Deeds for the years 1936, 1937,
and 1938 assessed against Laura M. Moor. I have checked
with the TaxCollector and there are no outstanding taxes
due an this property.
For your information, Mr. Chapero is the successor in
title to Laura M. Moot.
It will be greatly appreciated if you could secure
Council approval for the execution of this deed at
the
meeting on next Monday the 11th.

Being the once premises conveyed to the City of Beergut by Laura M.
Hoar (by galph M. Weymouth, Tex Collector) for unpaid taxes assesses for the
years 1936, 1937, and 1938 and recorded in Vol. 1146, Page 52; Vol. 1146,
Page 376, and Vol. 1L68, Page 174 respectively.
The purpose of this deed Is to convey any interest the Grantor
nay have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for
the tea year(*) 1936, 1+37. end 1938.
