Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the Planning Board held a Public Hearing
Hey 4, 1970, on the proposed revision of Bangor's Comprehensive Plan.
After the hearing, the Board held a general discussion period relative
to the ideas expressed and procedures of adaption.
The Planning Board, on Hay 4, 1970, by unanimous vote adopted the
Comprehensive Plan, dated 1969, as the official Comprehensive Plan for the
City of Bangor as a complete replacement of the previous plan.
A copy of the newly adopted Plan and Sum ,ry version has been filed
with the City Clerk.

The Planning Board on May 4, 1970 field a Public Hearing and
subsequently adopted, by unanimous vote, the Comprehensive Plan dated 1969
as the City's official Comprehensive Plan replacing the previous plan dated
1951, which has been in effect.
A copy of the newly adopted Plan 1s enclosed with the request that
you officially file the Plan as required by State Statutes.
