By the City Conseil of Gw City OfBanyor: ORDERED, THAT the building or structure located at 33 New York Street, Bangor, Maine, on a lot described in Volume 1466, Page 72 and Volume 1366, Page 388 in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds is adjudged a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17, MAINE REVISED STAMEN ANNOTATED, Section 285L through 2853, as amended and shall be disposed of as follows: 1. Said building ostructure shall be demolished by the owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage 0f this order, said demolition to be in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor, 2. in the event said building or structure is not demolished within thirty (30) days, as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall c r said building o structure to be demolished e soon s possible, all expens sincurred thereof to be paid by the owner(s) or assessed against the property in accordance with 17 M.R.S.A. § 2853. 3. The wmec(s) of said building o shall c all personal property located therein, and tithesevent that the owmer(s) fail to comply with this order, the City Code Enforcement Officer ehaLl remove and dispose of said personal property.
