ORDERED, TnT the building or structure located at 94 Patten Street, Bangor, Maine, on a lot described 1n Volume 1809, Page 51 in the Barrister Registry of needs is adjudged a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17, MAINS REVISED STATUTES ANNOTATED, Section 2851 through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as follows: - 1. Said building or structure shall be demolished by the owner (a)within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this order, said demolition to be in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor. 2. In the event said building or structure 1s not demolished within thirty (30) days, as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall cause said building or structure to be demolished a s possible, all expenses incurred thereof to be paid by the owner(s) o sed against the property in accordance with 17 M.R.S.A. 5 28538 3.
