Of those first appointed to the Fine Arts Advisory tonalities, three shall be appointed to serve until January 1, 1966, three membere to serve W until January 1, 1967, athree members to serve until 1968. STATEMEMT of FACT This amendment is to include in the Laws and Ordinances of the City, the intent of Council Ceder 44-%, urolnicusly pa3sed at the meeting of Dec. 22, 1969: 'Ordered that no person appointed to an advisory committee on Dec. 22, 1969, or thereafter, shall serve morn than two (2) consecutive complete terms."
