THAT Sec. 3 of Chapter II, Article 34, of the lass and Ordinances be emenhsa to
read as follows•
3.1 Method of Appointment aM Tmsa of Office. Of those first appointed to the

three shall be appointed to serve
until January 1, 1966, three membere to

until January 1, 1967, athree members to serve until 1968. More -
after three members shall be appointed annually -c serve terms of thxEe

Comittee shall be filled by appointment by the City Council for the
remainder of the term. No person appointed, on
vDecember 22, 1969 or there-
after, shall se re than two (2)consecutive complete terms.
The CouncilChairman ask the City Manager shall be members ex -officio
of the Fine Arts Mvisory Committee.
STATEMEMT of FACT
This amendment is to include in the Laws and Ordinances of the City,
the intent of Council Ceder 44-%, urolnicusly pa3sed at the meeting of
Dec. 22, 1969: 'Ordered that no person appointed to an advisory committee
on Dec. 22, 1969, or thereafter, shall serve morn than two (2) consecutive
complete terms."
