MCfbillbmm, According the Zoning Ordinance - dissidence C to General Business - Parcel of land at 314 Harrowed Street Be ii wreaimae by bm City Coumal! of the city ofB¢ngor, am Nikon; — That the zone boundary lines asestablished by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor on October 24, 1960, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: To change from Residence C zone to General Business zone a parcel of land located at 314 Bereaved Street, said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a paint on the southerly sideline of Nuanced Street, said point Wing 83 feet, more or less easterly of the intersection of the southeasterly sideline Fifth Street and the southerly sideline of Hemmed Street and also being the northeasterly carver of property now or formerly owned by PhceM H. policy; thence in an easterly direction by and along the southerly sideline of Hammed Street fora distance of 60 feet, more r less, to a point; said point Wing the northwesterly corner of property now or foveeriy owned by Nancy G. The Board gave careful consideration to the request for a change to Cetaral Business, its affect on the area and the Comprebeusive Plan, to those opposed to the change, and to the aspects of historical preservation.
