By the City Counmid of the City ofBannor:
ORDERED,
THAT the buildings or structures, to wit: a barn, porch and
ell, located at 1973 Ohio Street, Select, Maine, ona lot described in
Volume 1078, Page 282 in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds and further
described on a plan attached hereto are adjudged a nuisance arW dangero
as provided in Title 17, MAINE REVISED STATUTES ANNOTATED, Sections 2851
through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as follows:
1. Said buildings or structures shall be demolished by the
owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage
of thin order, said demolition to be in
conformity with
the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Danger.
2. In the event said buildings or structures a,e net demolished
within thirty (30) days, as provided above, the City Code
Enforcement Officer shall seems said buildings or structures
to be demolished as soon an possible, ell expense irsourred
thereof to be paid by the owner(s) or ae$ee ed against the
property in accordance with 17 M.R.S.A. a 2853-
