Be it ordaiucd by the City Council of the City ofBaxyw, w Rthmmu
— That the zone boundary lines aso
established by the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Bangor on October 24, 1960, a mended, be herebvfurther Amended by
changing from Agricultural zone to General Business zone certain parcels of land
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 2800 feet, m or less, northwesterly of the northwesterly
side line of Wesuand street and 750 feet, more or less, northeasterly of the
northeasterly side line of Onion Street; said point being the northerly c of
land n r formerly owned by Grants Associates and also being the northerly corner
of a General Business z established o ordinance and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Bangor ov August 26, 1963;
thence in a southwesterly direction by and along the northwesterly boundary of
said Land now or formerly owned by Grants Associatesand the northwesterly boundary
of said existing General Business zone for adistance of 180 feet, m r less, to
a paint; said point being the intersection of thenorthwesterly boundary of said
existing General Business z established on August 26, 1963, and the nortbeasterly
boundary of an existing General Business coca established by ordinance and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Bangor on November 13, 1363;
thence in a generally northwesterly direction by and along the northeasterly
boundary of said existing General Business zone established on November 13, 1963,
for a distance of 1290 fee r les a point' said point being the intersection
of the northeasterly boundaryofsaidexisting General B'islness zone and the southeasterly
boundary of land now or formerly owned by Theodore W. Berenson;
thence in anortheasterly direction by and along the southeasterly boundary of
the said existing General Bvsiness zone
and the southeasterly boundary of said land
now or formerly owned by Theodore W.Berenson for a distance of 600 feet, m r less,
to a paint; said point being the easterly c of said land n r formerly awned
by Theodore W. Berenson
and also being a easterly corner of said General Business
zone established on November 13, 1963;
thence in a southeasterly direction along a straight line for a distance of
1380 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

BE A zone change from Agricultural to Coastal Business,
Council Order No. 103-T. (referred to the Planning Board
for reconsideration)
Gentlemen
Please he advised that the Planning Board has given further
consideration to the proposal as requested by Council.
After further discussion of the proposal, the Planning Board
voted to adhere to the original recommendations - approval of the
zone change.
