Agricultural. to Residence.."A" Westland Street and Griffin Road Beit ordsirud by the City Cuanza of the CSW ofBanpor, ae follows: — That the zone boundary lines asestablished by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor on October 24, 1960, a mended, be hereby further amended by changing from Agricultural zone to Residence "A" certain parcels of land, excluding city rights-of-way, as follows one Beginning at a point on the southwesterly side line of Ohio Street; said point being 150 feet, more or less, north of the intersection of the northwesterly aide line of Westland Street and the southwesterly side Sine of Ohio Street and also being the northeasterly corner e of an existing Residence "A" z established by ordinance and adopted by theCity Council of the City of Bangor on October 24, 1960; thence inouthumsterly direction by and along the northwesterly boundary of said existing Residence "A" zone for a distance of 514 feet, more or less, to a point; said point being 150 feet northwesterly of the northwesterly side line of Westland Street and 200 feet northeasterly of the northeasterly side line of an unaccepted city right-of-way known as Lois Street; thence in a northwesterly direction along a line 200 feet northeasterly of, and parallel to, said northeasterly side line of Lois Street for a distance of 830 feet, more r less, to a point; said point being the easterly c of an existing General Business z established by ordinance and adopted rbthe City Council of the City of Bangor on December 13, 1965; thence in the same direction by and along the northeasterly boundary of said General Business zone a distance of 830 feet, move or less, to a point, said point being the easterly corner of land owned by the United States of America and also being the easterly corner of an existing Park and Institutional zone established by ordinance and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bangor on October 24, 1960; thence in the same direction by and along the northeasterly boundary of said Park and Institutional zone for a distance of 350 feet, m r leas, to a point, said paint being the intersection of the northeasterly boundary of land owned by the United States of America, referred to above, and the southeasterly boundary of land now or formerly owned by Grants Associates, said point also being the intersection of the nortbeasterly boundary of the Park and Institutional zone, referred to above, and the southeasterly boundary of a existing General Businesse z established by ordinance and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bangor onAugust 26, 1963; It Page Two thence in a northeasterly direction by and along said southeasterly boundary of land n r formerly owned by Grants Associates and the southeasterly boundary of said General Business a for a distance of 160 feet, m r less, to a paint; said point being the easterly corner of said land now or formerly owned by Grants Associates and also being the easterly corner of the existing General Business zone, referred to above, established by ordinance on August 26, 1963; thence in a northumsterly direction by and along the northeasterly boundary of said land now or formerly owed by Grants Associates and the northeasterly boundary of said General Business zone for a distance of 290 feet, more or leas, to a point; said point being the northerly comer of said lend now r formerly owned by Grants Associates and also being the northerly c of the General Business zone, referred to above, established by ordinance on August 26, 1963; thence continuing in a northwesterly direction along a straight line for a distance of 1380 feet, =re or leas, to a point; said point being the easterly corner of land now or formerly owed by Theodore W. Becenaon and also being on the northeasterly boundary of an existing General Business zone established by ordinance and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bangor onNovember 13, 1963; thence continuing in a generally northwesterly direction by and along the northeasterly boundary of said land v c formerly own ed by Theodore W. The Board gave careful consideration to the proposed zoning changes, to the ideas expressed by Mose in attendance, to the possibility of alternatives and to the Comprehensive Plan of the area relative to future development.
