To: The Honorable City Council
FRCK: The Planning Board
HE: Zoning Change:
Agricultural to Residence "B" Council Order No. 87-Y
Gentleman:
Please be advised that the Planning Board held a public
hearing, January 18, 19719 on the proposed zoning change.
The ordinance requires amendment by the correction of
several distance factors as follows:
line one par. 2 should read 613 ft. instead of 688
line two par. 3 should read 180 ft. instead of 105
line three par. 7 should read 475 ft. instead of 550
These changes are necessary to correct an improper definition
of the existing zone boundary line. Please base that the
public hearing was advertised and held on this area as
corrected.
After careful consideration of the proposal of the ideas
expressed by those in attendance, the possibility of change
or expansion, as well as reviewing the general development plan
of the area, the Planning Board voted to approve the proposed
change to Residence B.
