That Chapter II, Article 23, Section 3 be amended by deletion of the entire
section and substituting the following language:
There 1s hereby authorized and established the position of Custodian
of Public Buildings who shall be appointed by the City Manager.
And be it further ordained,
That Section 3.2 be amended by deletion in its entirety and the following
language be substituted:
Rentals for space in City Hall for private purposes or for agencies
other than City Government shall be in accordance with a schedule
recommended by the City Manager and established from time to time
by Council Order.

That the last portion of Council Order 86-Y beginning "And be it further
ordained," be deleted and amended to read as follows:
3.1 Rentable Real Estate. Rentals for space in City Hall
for private purposes

time by Council Order. Collection of rental fees and
execution of leasee shall be the responsibility of the
City Treasurer,
3.2 Monthly Report to City Madder. The Cue t odian of
Public Buildings
shall make a report to the City Manager, before the
first meeting of the Council each month, as to the
bus mese of his office during the preceding month.
3.3 Other Duties. The Custodian of Public Buildings shall
perform such other duties as may be
prescribed by the City Council or any other ordinance
of the City.
