Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Bangor, as follows
That the zone boundary linea as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Bangor on October 24, 1960 as amended, M hereby further amended as follows:
To change from Agricultural Sure to Residential "A" zone certain parcels of
land, excluding City rights-af-way, described as follows:
Beginning at a point of the easterly aide line of Broadway; said point being
244 feet, mom or less, north of the intersection of the easterly side line of
Broadway and the northerly side live of Hobart Street; said point also being the
point of intersection of the easterly side live of Broadway of an existing Residential
"A" zone and an existing Agricultural zone established by ordinance and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Bangor on October 24, 1960;
thence in a northerly direction by and along said easterly aide line of
Broadway, for a distance of 1990 feet, mom or leas, to a point, said point being
the southeast corner of the intersection of Burleigh Road and Broadway;
thence in an easterly direction along the southerly side live of Burleigh Road
for a distance of 2005 feet mom or leas, to a point Wing at the center line of
the Bangor Hydro Transmission Line,

transmission line to a point being on a line extension of the north line of City
