Be it ordaiud by Gw City Council of the City ofBormar, as roliame:
_ That Chapter III, Article 6, Sections 2 and 3 of the Laws and
Ordinances be amended as follows:
2.9 Raxoval of Cars Blocking Driveways. No vehicle shall
be so parked a
to interfere with or hinder the ingress or egress to
and from a driveway in the City of Bangor. Any officer
of the Bangor Police Department is hereby authorized
to remove and tow away or have removed and towed away
by any commercial towing service, any vehicle so parked
as to interfere with or hinder the ingress or egress
to and from any driveway in the City of Bangor and to
have said vehicle placed in a suitable parking place
all at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.
Sec. 3 Wintertime Parking. The following parking limitations shall
be ineffect between October 15 and
April 15 of the following year.
3.1 Removal of Cars Hindering Snow Removal. No vehicle
shall at any
time be parked or allowed to remain in
or upon any
street, public way, public square, or public parking
area within the City of Bangor, 6o as to interfere with
or hinder snow removal.
3.2 Parking Prohibited During Nighttime Hours. No vehicle
shall at
any time be parked or allowed to remain or upon any
street, public way, public square, orpublicparking
area within the City of Bangor between the hours of
12 midnight and 6:00 a.m.

"A" zone for a distance of 352 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
