between the City of Bangor, a municipal corporation located in Penobscot Ce
State of Maine and Judson M. Grant, Jr., of 52 Wiley Street, Bangor, Mien.

That Judson M. Grant, Jr., does hereby lune, Bmafae and let mate
the City of Barger the following described premises:
Beginning at a stone moment an the easterly
right-of-way line of Broadway on the month lin of
property now or formerly named by Judson M. Grant,
Jr., as described by deed dated May 16, 1962 and
corded In Penobscot Registry of Sams, Volume 2102,
Page 126; thence east along said property line for a
distance of 3270 feet more of lace to the easterly

William C. Hughes and Thomas T. Walsh, as described in

fourth day of January, A. D. 1971; yielding and paying therefore the fent of

Judson M. Grant, Jr., in writim on the back side of this lease. And Judson
M. Grant, Jr., may enter to view and make Improvements am to expel the City
of Bangor if it shall fail to pay the rent aforesaid, whether said rent be
demanded or not, or if It shall make or suffer any strip or waste thereof, or
shall fait or quit and Bartender the premises to Judson M. Grant, Jr., at the
end of said term, to the manner aforesaid, or shall violate any of the covenants
1n this lease by the City of Bangor to be performed.
All taxes assessed on the said premises shell be paid by Judson M.
Grant, Jr.
