and to the following described real estate situated at Bangor
in the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly described as follows, viz:
A certain lot or parcel of land situated in said
Bangor on the easterly side of what was formerly called
Date Street but which is now called Parkview Avenue, and
what is called Cumberland Street, being fifty feet on said
street formerly called Date Street now called Parkview
Avenue, and running easterly on the same width one hundred
feet according to a plan of the City convnon made by C. G. Bryant
recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Plan Book
5, Page 12.
