WHEREAS, By Order No. 242-x passed on July 13, 1970 the City Council authorized the City Treasurer to execute and deliver to Penobcab, Inc. a purchase and sales agreement for the purchase of the "old school house lot," -called, located near the insurrection of Nelson and Drummond Streets{ and WHERUS, On July 31, 19ID the City Treasurer did execute and deliver said purchase and sales agreement to Penabcab, Inc., and WH6RMS, Penobcab, Inc. has complied with all of the terms and conditions of said purchase and sales agreement. NOW THERUORE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor! ORDERED, That the City Treasurer be and hereby is authorized to execute and deliver the attached quit -claim deed for the "old school house lot,"s -called, located near the interred tion of Nelson and Drumond Streets,to Pensacola, Inc.
