Rewiring Nealley and Maxine Nealley, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, their hers and ego. forma FIRST PARCEL: A certain lot or parcel of land situate on the southerly side of Perry Road and the northwesterly side of Route lA, in said Bangor, bounded and described as follows, viz; Beginning at a bolt in the southerly line of Perry Road at the division line between land of Perry Heirs and land of Lydia Comma; thence southeasterly on and by said division line three hundred ten and eighty-nine one hundredths (310.89) feet to the northwesterly line of Route IA; thence northeasterly on and by said line two hundred thirty-four and sixty-four one hundredths (234.64) feet to a bolt in the southerly line of Perry Road; thence westerly on and by said line of Perry Road three hundred and seven (307) feet to the point of beginning. SECOND PARCEL: A certain lot or parcel of land situate on the southerly side of Perry Road and the northwesterly side of Route IA In said Bangor, bounded and described s follows, viz: Beginning at bolt in the southerly line of Perry Road on the division line between land of Perry Heirs and land of Lydia Coaxes; thence southerly at right angles three hundred one and one tenth (301.1) feet to a bolt on the town line between Bangor and Hampden; thence easterly on and by said town line one hundred eighty- nine and twenty-nine one hundredths (189.29) feet to a bolt In the northwesterly line of Route IA; thence northeasterly on and by said line of Route IA eighty-eight and seventy-one hundredths (88.71)feet to the above mentioned division line; thence northwesterly on and by said division line three hundred ten and eighty-nine one hundredths (310.89)feet to the point of beginning. The purpose of this Deed is to release the foregoing premises from the effect of a certain Subordination Agreement between Lydia Adams Godsoe and the City of Bangor dated May 1, 1958 and recorded In Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol. 1625, page 179 ,and from the operation of two certain Subordination Agreements between Valeria E. Jordan et als and the City of Bangor dated November 30, 1959 and March 3, 1962 and recorded in said Registry, Vol. 1709, page 272 and Vol. 1831, page 172 respectively.
