KNOW ALL MEN 6Y 'THESE PRESENTS, THAT the City of Bangor, a body
c urporn t, located at Bangor in the County of Penobscot and State of Maine,
In consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations paid by
BROAD STREET REALTY CO., a Maine corporation with its principal place of
business located at 25 Broad Street in said Bangor. County of Penobscot,
State. of Maine, the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does
hereby remise, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever quit -claim
unto tilt said BROAD STREET REALTY CO., its successors and assigns forever,
all of Its right, title and interest in and to the air
space from and above
Elevation 35, Bangor City BetterBetteras established and by virtue of Chapter VI,
Article ), Section 1 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor and Lying
above Parcel A-2 as shown on a plan entitled "Plat of Disposition Parcel
B-14" Plan No. UR -802 PIR(A), dated July 12{ 1971, prepared for the Bangor
Urban Renewal Authority by the Engineering Department of the City of Bangor,
and to be recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, said Parcel A-2 being
more particularly described as fell was:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel B-14
at Coordinates N 352 676.27,E429 756.64 based
upon the Maine State Coordinate System, East Zane,
and as shown on said Plan No. UR -802 P18(A);
thence N 73° 22' 36" E along ae rtheasterly pro-
jection of the southeasterly linof Parcel B-14
for a distance of 60 feet Core

ALSO granting tie right to place structural supporting
columns in Renduskeag Plaza within a strip twelve (12)
feet wide running parallel to but n closer than eight
(8) feet tothe westerly face of the Plaza retaining
wall. This conveyance is made subject to the following
conditions, reservations, and restrictions: 1. No
astrictions are placed on the size of column footings
except that they shall not interfere with existing
retaining wall footings.
2. Columns shall have a minimum spacing of twenty
(20) feet and shall be positioned auas tinter-

set -back shall be required from the pedestrian
walkway adjacent to said air rights parcel and any
development of said air rights parcel shall be
connected to said walkway at walkway grade level
with ramps or walkways.

and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said B100p STREET REALTY CO.,
its successors and assigns forever.
