GALL June 25, 1971 Members of the City Council City of Bangor Maine Re: Disposition Lot H38, Stillwater Park Gentlemen: Before you for consideration is an order relative to transfer of title of land formerly owned by Mabel Kelley to the Urban Renewal Authority. This land was acquired by the City of Bangor for street purposes. The streets for which this land was acquired have been abandoned and replaced by the present Stillwater Park street system. The land in question is within the bounds of disposition lot q33 and constitutes a cloud upon the title. The City and the Authority entered a co-operation agreement whereby the City was to transfer such parcels to the Authority. Apparently, this land was overlooked at the time. Very truly yours.
