THAT the attached application for pole location permit is hereby granted
upon condition that the pales be numbered.
Note: Following are the public streets and highways referred to:
LOCATION: Beginning at a utility pole number 53 now located on the westerly side
of Stillwater Avenue: thence proceeding northerly thereon two (2) poles
to be located on the westerly side thereof over a distance of apprarimately
375 feet, and beginning at a utility pole number 59 now located on the
westerly side Of Stillwater Avenue: thence proceeding northerly thereon
three (3) poles to be located on the westerly side thereof o a distance
of approximately 516 feet, end beginning at a utility pole nuwber 70 now
located on the westerly side of Stillwater Avenue; thence proceeding
northerly thereon one (1) pole to be locatedonwesterly side thereof
over a distance of apprw:imately 1]] feet, and beginning at a utility pole
number 82 now located on the westerly side of Stillwater Avenue; thence
proceeding northerly thereon one pole to be looated on the westerly side
thereof over a distance of approximately 208 feet.

BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Maine corporation having its principal place of
trueinses at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, being duly authorised purecent
to the laws of the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply electricity
en City of Bangor , County of Penobscot State aforesaid, hereby
;plies for a permit to authorize it to locate, construct and mimtain certain of its
facilities, hereinafter described, upon, along, over and across certain public waye
situate in the municipality hereinbefore referred to.

DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will Consist of a line composed of woad poles, and supports therefor,
crosaarms, wires and/or Cables together with associated appurtenances. The minimum
clearance of the wires and/or cables, other than guy wires, will be at least eighteen
feet over the public way. The poles will be set within the limits of the public way,
hot outaide the part thereof CoSt®arGly need for travel by vehicles. The initial
Operation of the facilities will be at 2400 volts t_� phase; the voltage
will be increased as occasion therefor requires

Description:
The facilities shall consist of a lice Composed of wood poles and supports
therefore, croesarme, wires ahe/or cables together with associated appurtemnces.
The minimum clearance Of the wires andlor cables, other than Buy wires, shell he
at least eighteen (18) feet aver the public way. The poles shall be set within
the limits of the public way, but outside the part thereof evstamsrily wed for
travel by vehicles. The initial operation of the facilities will he at 2400
volts U"4 chane. The voltage may be increased as Occasion therefor re-
