Upon the application of BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY dated pabrunry 2B
1922, requesting permission to locate certain of its facilities hereinafter des-
cribedupon, along, over and across certain public ways inCity of
9;46 , county of Yambsoot , State of Maine, all as
set forth in its application, it appears that public notice thereof has been given
p blfshing the text of said application o Hmsob 3 , 1972 , i
t9 of , a newspaper circulated in the aforesaid municipaliry;
that within 14 days after the aforesaid publication, no written abjection to the
granting of said application has been filed with this licensing authority by any
person, firm or corporation claiming to be adversely affected by the location des-
cribed in the application referred to. Yfaersfore permission is hereby given to said
Bangor Hydro -Electric Company to locate, construct and maintain certain of its
facilities hereinafter described upon, along, over and across certain public ways
situate in this municipality as follows:

Description:
The facilities shall consist of a line composed of voed poles and supporta
therefore, crossarms, wires ad/or cables together vith associated appurtenances.
The minimum clearance of the wa s ad/or cables, ether than guy wares, shall be
at least eighteen (18) feet over

BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Maine corporation having its principal place of
business at Bangor. County of Penobscot, State of Maine, being duly authorized pursuant
to the laws of the State of Maine to generate, all, distribute and supply electricity
in City of parson , County of Penobscot , State aforesaid, hereby
applies for a permit to authorize it to locate, construct and maintain certain of its
facilities, hereinafter described, upon, along, over and across certain public ways
situate in the municipality hereinbefore referred to.
Any person, firm, or corporation claiming to be adversely effectedby this proposed
