TBAT the City Manager is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of
Bangor, to accept from the Bird Conservation Club of Bangor, the title of,
and responsibility of maintaining, a certain parcel of land at the comer of
Highland Avenue and Jackson Street described in the Penobscot County
Registrar of Deeds Vol, 1007, pg. 398 and Vol. 995, pg. 322, and shown
on the attached sketch from Assessors Map, City Sheet 21, Lot 63.
