The Planning Board gavecareful consideration to the request for a zone change and to the residential use contemplated.-- a single family residenrial subdivision. After consideration of the many factors involved and the relationship to community needs, the Planning Board voted to approve the change, amended to include the 100 n 100 foot corner property.
