land at the intersection of Ohio street and Blue Hill West

That the zone boundary lines as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Bangor on October 24, 1960 as amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
To change from Agricultural zone to Residential "A" sone a parcel of land
legally described as follows:
Conswuring at a granite monument or the east line of Ohio Street at its:
intersection with the south line of Blue Hill Avenue;
Thence N 68605149" E along the south line of Blue Hill Avenue 100 feet to the
point of beginning;
Thence continuing N 68005'49" E, 1,139.61 feet to a point, being an iron bolt
in the vest line of the Capehart Housing Area;
Thence 5 22°27141' E, 360.37 feet to e point, in the line of a chain steel
fence along the westerly line of said Captivate property to an iron bolt
Thence E 6]°36139" W, 1229.35 feet to said lines intersection with the east
line of are Street
Thence north along said east line of Ohio Street 460 feet more or leas to a
point, said paint being 100 feet south of the point commenced at

SUBJECT: Zoning Change, Council Order No. 103z
Gentlemen:
Pleased be advised that the Planning Board held a public hearing
March 6, 1972 on the above order to change from Agricultural zone to
Residential "An zone a parcel of land at the corner of Ohio Street and
Blue Hill West.
The Planning Board gavecareful consideration to the request for
a zone change and to the residential use contemplated.-- a single family
residenrial subdivision.
After consideration of the many factors involved and the relationship
to community needs, the Planning Board voted to approve the change, amended
to include the 100 n 100 foot corner property.
The revised legal description is attached.
