ORDERED,
TWT the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the attached quitclaim deed and deliver said deed to the Urban Renewal
Authority of the City of Bangor.
STATEMENT OF FACT: The purpose of this deed is to release any interest of
the City of Bangor in a Strip of land 50' x 5' located in Stillwater Park.
This strip was acquired by the City of Bangor on August 19. 1957 from Harvey
L. Jenkins and was to be us ed .for purposes of widening Boylston Street.

in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations
paid by Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Bangor

the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise,

In the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly described as follows:
That part of lots numbered 399 and 400 as shown on Coombs Plan of Stillwater
Park, said plan being recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds,
Plan Book 6, Page 21, and bounded and described as follows
Beginning at the southwest comer of lot 399, as shown on said plan;
thence northerly by and along the easterly side line of Boylston Street,
as it now exists, a distance of fifty (50) feet to a point at the northwest
corner of lot 4001 thence easterly by and along the dividing line between
lots 400 and 401 a distance of five feet (Y) to a point; thence southerly
and parallel with the said easterly side line of Boylston Street a distance of
fifty feet (50') to a point on the southerly side line of lot 399{ thence
westerly by and along the dividing line between lots 398 and 399, a distance
of five feet (51) to the said easterly side line of Boylston Street and
point of beginning.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to Harvey Lawrence
Jenkins to City of Bangor by deed dated August 19, 1957, and recorded in said
Registry in Book 1595, Page 191.
The purpose of this deed is to convey the Grantor's interest in the aforesaid
property pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement between the Grantor and the
Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Bangor dated April 23, 1962.
