STATEMENT OF FACT: The purpose of this deed is to release any interest of the City of Bangor in a Strip of land 50' x 5' located in Stillwater Park. This strip was acquired by the City of Bangor on August 19. 1957 from Harvey L. Jenkins and was to be us ed .for purposes of widening Boylston Street. IN CITY Couxcxl. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to Harvey Lawrence Jenkins to City of Bangor by deed dated August 19, 1957, and recorded in said Registry in Book 1595, Page 191.
