THAT Chapter 11, Article 20, of the taxa and ordinances be amended as follows:
1. Amend section s by deleting ue following words and figures:
"to consist of fifteen (15) members."
2. Amens Section s.2 by deleting the words and figures as follows:
"eleven (11)" ard by adding at the end thereof the words "aW such other
members as the City Council may deem appropriate."
