ORDERED,
THAT the City Manager be authorized to purchase 250 parking meters
at an estimated cost of twelve thousand dollars ($12, 000) to be paid
over a three (3) year period from increased parking meter revenues at
the rate of four thousand dollars ($4,000) per year.
