Mr. Johnson was a rather of the Bangor Police Department for eight Fears, and Mr. Hogan has been in the United States Air Force and assigned to air police and security work for twenty years. Both are eap Toyed on the security staff at Zayre Department Store in Rerigor. Mr. Wilson Ias been a member of the Bangor Police Reserve for many years, and is employed at Mammoth Mart in Bangor for store security work. Allowing them authority as constables will contribute to the efficiency of this department by permitting them to handle cases of shoplifting within the stores where they wort , without requiring assignment of police officers in such cases. Stuteman of Bangor. He was appointed to the Bangor Police Department on October 28. 1971, and formerly served as a police patrolmen in New York City.
