City of Bangor on October 24, 1960 az amended, be hereby further amended as
follows:

Area B. Commencing at the intersection of the South access line of
the Bangor Water District property with the East right-of-way
line of Essex Street' thence easterly along said South access line
200 feet to the paint of beginning;
Thence continuing easterly along said South access line to said
lines intersection with the West property line of the Bangor Water
District property; thence northeasterly along said West line 313
feet more or less to its intersection with the north property line of
said property; thence easterly along said North property line 220 feet
to a point said paint also being the point of intersection with the
East line of the former Bangor City Disposal (dump) Site;
Thence northeasterly along said East property line 925 feet to
the Northwest corner of said City property; thence easterly along
the North line ofthe former City Disposal (dump) Site, 132 feet to
a point;
Thence at a right angle northerly 800 feet Best of and parallel
to the Hest right-of-way line of Essex Street 810 feet to a point;
Thence northeasterly 1012 feet more or less to a paint located
on the South line of that property recorded in BED, Volume 2145, page
]1], and lying 1320 feet along said South line East of the East
right-of-way line of Essex Street; thence N 75° W along said South
line 1120 feet to a point, said point being 200 feet East of the East
line of Essex Street; thence at a right angle, southerly 200 feet
East of and parallel to the East line of Essex Street 2731 feet more
or less returning to the point of beginning.

Please be, advised that the Planning Board, on January 3, 1972,
held a public hearing on the proposed zoning change from Agricultural
District to Residential "A" District.
The Board gave careful consideration to the many views expre sed
by the affected residents concerning the proposed zoning change for
this area.
After consideration of the v aspects, particularly the effects
on existing u n this area, r the various
Board unanimously recom-
mended the following action:
1. Area B - shown o the attached map and accompanying
legal description, i ended to be changed from
Agricultural District toResidential"A" District.
2. Area A - shown an the attached map is recommended to
remain Agricultural District.
