The Board gave careful consideration to the many views expre sed by the affected residents concerning the proposed zoning change for this area. After consideration of the v aspects, particularly the effects on existing u n this area, r the various Board unanimously recom- mended the following action: 1. Area B - shown o the attached map and accompanying legal description, i ended to be changed from Agricultural District toResidential"A" District. 2.
