Signede Carl W. Irwin N.D. Cornelia C. Russell -46 We have made the stated request for the reasons herein set forth 1. It is the only entrance to the residence of Cornelia Russell at 47 West Broadway and the only safe entrance and exit for Dr. Carl Irwin who resides at 39 West Broadway. Both homes are adjacent to the partially developed and Dead End Cedar Street extension. 2. Cedar Street Dead Ended where it intersects West Broadway in its present partially developed state becomes extremely hazardous In Spring. Private and commercial vehicles sink in and above their axles requiring expensive towing charges. 3. Cedar Street beyond the Dead End sign is used by the City of Bangor in the Winter as a place to economically deposit plowed snow as it adjoins a fielded area behind Hayford's field. 4. The City Manager, Mr. Doff, The Public Works Department, particularly Mr. Burns and the Chief Engineer Mr. Frawley are well aware that City of Bangor Public Works equipment has been required to make the partially developed Cedar Street extension suitable for vehicle operation. Councilors- Please retain this Cedar Street extI@neySon request with its supporting reasons. We will appieciatV upport when it appears on the Council agenda.
