duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Maine and located at
Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine

A certain lot or parcel of land, situate in Bangor, bounded and described a
follows; Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Pickering Square,
formerly known as Wall Street, said point being at the intersection of the north-
easterly face of a building owned by Gertrude and Henry Paul, the description of
said Paul Property recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol. 2218, page 784,
thence in a northwesterly direction along inanortheasterly face of said Wall
for a distance of 61.0 feet more or less toapoint, said point being at the
southeast corner of land owned by Henry S. Coe, as recorded in Penobscot Registry
of Deeds, Vol. 1192, page 383 and 388; thence in a northeasterly direction along
the southeasterly line of said Coe property for a distance of 17.5 feet more or
less to the southwesterly line of land owned by David 0. Smiley Ill, as recorded
in Penobscot Registry of Deeds Vol. 1583, page 304; thence in a southeasterly
direction along the southwesterly line of said Smiley property, for a distance
of 0.25 feet more or less to a point; thence in a northeasterly direction along
the southeasterly line of said Smiley property for a distance of 19.9 feet more
r less to a paint, said point being on the southwesterly line of land awned by
J. F. Singleton Trust, as recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds Vol. 1222,
page 281. Thence in a southeasterly direction along said line for a distance of
0.67 feet m r less to a point; thence in a northeasterly direction along the

line of said Singleton property for a distance of 0.67 feet m r less to the

line of said Schiro land for a distance of 14.7 feet to a point; thence contin-
uing along the same course along the southeasterly line of land owned by
Frederick Stover Trust described in Penobscot Registry of Deeds Vol. 1101,
page 394, for a distance of 20.6 feet to the southwesterly line of land owned
by Albert J. and Sidney W. Schiro as described in Penobscot Registry of Deeds
Vol. 11490 page 407;
thence in a southeasterly driection along the southweste=ly line of said Schiro
land for a distance of 51.58 feet to the northwesterly 1_nc of West Market
Square; thence in a southwesterly direction along said lone of West Market
Square for a distance of 63 feat m s to a point, said point being the
northeasterly corner
of Pickering Square, formerly laid out as Wall Street;
thence continuing in outhxe5terly directionalong the ngrthwesterly line of
Pickering Square for a cistance of 61 fee; more or less :o the point of beeinning.
The above described parcel contains approximately 0.15 acres.
Meaning and Intending to convey 'all of the right, title and interest of the
Grantor in the premises described in deeds recorded in said Registry as follows:
Vol. 2069 Page 6, Vol. 2086 Page 101, Vql. 2098 Page 029, Vol. 2098 Page 40,
Vol. 2001 Page 291 and Vol. 2199 Page 2C7.
This conveyance is expressly made subject to all of the provisions, terms and
conditions contained in the Declaration c' Restrictions for the Kenduskeag Stream
Project recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol. 2152 Page 367. This Parcel
is herety dedicated to the City of Bangor for use as public open space.
