ORDERED,
THAT the attached report from the city Engineer relative to
the estimated cost and assessments for the extension of the sewer
on Borth Hildreth Street be and hereby is accepted, and be it
further
ORDERED, that the construction of the sewer be started as
soon as possible, and be it further
ORDERED, that the sum of $22,000.00 be authorised out of
the Sewer Fund to cover the construction of the sewer.

TO: The Municipal Officers
In accordance with a petition received from the Hews Body
Company requesting the extension of the North Hildreth Street
Sewer the following information is Submitted:
The proposed installation will consist of 1390 feet of
10" pipe, at a ictal estimated cost of $22,000.00. Of this amount,
75% or $16,500.00 would be assessed against the properties benefited
by the sewer. A total of 72 acres of land will be served by the
new sewer, making an assessment of approximately $230.00 per acre.

Kagan -Lown 6 co. 18.2 acres 4,180.00
Edward J. Hughes 34.1 acres 7,800.00 x
Both Kagan -Lown and Edward J. Hughes are in favor of the
installation provided that their assessment not be levied until
their property is developed.
It is recommended that the sewer be constructed on the basis
of the above mentioned assessments.
