The Board gave very careful consideration to the request and to the proposed use and to the opposition t sucb change. The Board c sidered as well the effect such use ould have on the area, particularly the traffic problems and the relationship to permitted uses. After serious consideration, the Planning Board voted (3-2) to recommend approval of the zone change.
