(Dri)Brf Relati t Cade.,, tion of a Bung} g or Structure Located _,- t 108 Parker Street, Bangor, Maine -- Dangerous Building By the Cttu Caused of City of Bumper: ORDERED, THAT the building or structure located at 108 Parker Street, Bangor Maine, on a lot described in Volume 1224, Page 16 and Volume 2192, Page 815 n the Penobscot Registry of Deeds is adjudged a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title ll, MAINE REVISED STATUTES of 1964, Sections 285L through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as follows: (1) Said building or structure shall be demolished by the owner(a) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this order, said demolition to be in conformity with the Laws and Ordinnes of the City of Bangor. (2) Iu the event said building or structure not demolished within thirty (30) days, as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall cause aid. building or structure to be demolished as soon as possible, all expenses incurred thereof to be paid by the oumat(s) o assessed against the property in accordance with 17 FES& 92853. (3) Theowner(s) of said building or structure shall remove all personal property Located therein, and in the "ant that the o er(s) fail to comply with this order, the City Code Enforcement Officer sha1L remove and dispose of said personal property.
