ORDERED,
TEAT the city council proceed to the election of Richard J. Crosman
as constable for the year 1972. M. Crosman served in the Army as a criminal
investigator and a polygraph examiner and was Chief Polygraph Examiner for the
Fifth Army, covering thirteen states. He is now the Criminal Justice Coordinator
for the Eastern Maine Development District.
Note: M. crosman's services are to be utilized by the Police Department.

this is to request the appointment of Richard J. Croeman of
Bangor as a constable.
Mr. Crosson served in the Almy as a criminal investigator
and a polygraph examiner, and was Chief Polygraph Examiner for
the Fifth Amy, covering thirteen states. He is now the
Criminal Justice Coordinator for the Eastern Maine Development
District.
His services as a polygraph examiner would be utilized
frequently by the Bangor Police Department.
