ORDERED,
THAT the City Council proceed to the appointment of five members to the
Building Board of Appeals in accordance with the Building Code, paragraph
127.21.
STATEMENT OF FACT: The Board of Appeals shall consist of five members, one
member to be appointed for five years, one for four years,
one for three years, one for two years, and one to serve one year, and thereafter
each new member to serve for five years or until his successor has been appointed.
Each member shall be a licensed professional engineer or architect, or a builder
or superintendent of building construction, with at least ten years' experience, for
five years of which he shall have been in responsible charge of work; and at n
time shall there be more than two members of the board selected from the same
profession or business; and at least one of the professional engineers shall be a
licensed structural or civil engineer of architectural engineering experience.
