J Discharge of Firearms Prohibited. NO person shall fire r discharge any revolver, pistol (excepting toy pistols for the explosions of paper cape only), gun, rifle, fowling piece, cannon,of toy Cannon within the boundaries Of the City Of Bangor. 7.1 Exception. Provided, however, this section shall not apply to the was of such weapon at any military exercise or review, or in the lawful defense of the person, family or property of any citizen, nor to the use thereof by any officer in the discharge of his duty, nor to any person engaged In rifle, gun or revolver practice at any licensed shooting range or gallery within the City.
