(TITLE.) Mrbinm Cot. Amending Chapter FIT, Article 6, section ].of the
Ofdinances of the City of
Be it ordmiud by the My Counsz4 of Ube City of Bagger, ae folWwa:
THAT Chapter VII, Article 6, Section ) of the Ordinances of the City of
Bangor is hereby amended by deletion of the existing provisions and
replacing them with the following:
Sec. J Discharge of Firearms Prohibited. NO person shall fire
r discharge any
revolver, pistol (excepting toy pistols for the explosions
of paper cape only), gun, rifle, fowling piece, cannon,of
toy Cannon within the boundaries Of the City Of Bangor.
7.1 Exception. Provided, however, this section shall
not apply to the was of such weapon
at any military exercise or review, or in the lawful
defense of the person, family or property of any
citizen, nor to the use thereof by any officer in the
discharge of his duty, nor to any person engaged In
rifle, gun or revolver practice at any licensed
shooting range or gallery within the City.
NOTE: The existing provisions of Chapter FII, Article 6, Section ] of
the Ordinances of the City of Bangor are as follows:
