Ordinances of the City of Saeger - Supplementary Regulations
Be it ordainod by tha Cite Coum+i of the City of Bamyar,as ASIo st
TMT Chapter VIII, Article 12, Section 2 of the ordinances of the City of
Bangor shall be amended as follows:
Sec. 2 Trailers and Structures for Temporary Seediness purposes
In any zone except Residence, Local Business, and Standard
Industry Zones, overnight camps, trailer camps, trailers,
and eiruc tures fortemporary residence purposes otherwise
secluded may be started, altered, and seed on approval of
the Board of Appeals. Provided, however, Board of Appeals
approval will not be required for issuance
of a Certificate
of Occupancy by the Building Inspectorfor a trailer to be
occupied by the property owner
or members of his immediate
family. For purposes of this section, the term "family'
shall be limited to spouses, parents, and adult children
of the property owner.

Please be advised that the Planning board held a Public
hearing November 20, 1942, on the above Ordinance change.
After careful consideration of the proposal, its effect,
and the public interest for and against the proposed change,
the Planning board voted unanimously to disapprove the change.
