There appeared at the time and place of the hearing, W. Frederick Rice, representing the New England Grain Company; Mr. Ralph Leathers, representing Foley, Inc. and Coles Express, and W. Lloyd Willey. The purpose of the new sewer ws s explained to those present, a well as the effect that it would have on each property. Those present were advised that, in all cases, the location of the sewer on their property would not interfere with any future building construction, s it w within the area reserved for building setback as required by uhe Zoning ordinance; the sewer Installation would not interfere with the development of parking areas or driveways or similar uses of the land. Those present were also advised that the ground would be restored to its original condition upon completion of the sewer installation. Similar previous discussions were held with Mus.Valaria Jordan, and with Mr. Galen Cole, representing Foley, Inc. None of those present objected to the installation of the sewer to the recommended damages. Therefore, it is recommended that the esse- ents be established as described above and that the recommended damages be paid. Respectfully Submitted, Joaw ey City Engineer
