to the Milford Street Right -of -Way

ORDERED,
THAT, WHERE4S, the city intends to construct a roadway along
the e istincl right-of-way known as Milford Street between Broadway
and Essex Street to permit school bus access to the Mary Snow School
property, and
WHERRA5, the existing right-of-way will require widening at
certain points to accommodate the turning movements of school buses, now
therefore, be it
ORDERED, that the City Engineer, acting for and on behalf of the
Municipal Officers according to law, lay out the necessary alteration to
the right-of-way lines of Milford Street, and, be itfurther
ORDERED, that the City Engineer proceed to give notice of such
intention of said Municipal Officers according to law, by posting such
notices for seven
n days in two public places in the City of Bangor and
in the vicinity of the right-ef-way, and the City Engineer is farther
OAIIEAED, to make a written return of said proceedings containing
the bounds and ad -measurements of said right -o£ -way and damages allowed
to the person or persons on the land taken, all in accordance with the
laws of the State of Maine.
