Be U ordained by the My Council of Me City of Banger, as sAowe:
THAT Chapter I, Article 2, Section 1 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor
be amended as follows:
Sec. 1 Council meetings. The regular meetings of the City Council shall be
held at 8:00 p.m, on the second and fourth Monday
of each Calendar month in the room provided by the City Clerk in the
City Hall, Or at other locations approved by a majority of the Coun-
cil at the next previous regular meeting.
1.1 Other locations - Notice. In the event the Council votes to
hold its regular meeting at a location
other than at City Hall, the City Clerk shall past a notice to
that effect at least seven (7) days prior to said meeting on the
bulletin board at the entrance of City Hall.
1.2 Adjournment to another location. In addition to the above, the
City Council, ey a majority
vote, may adjourn its regular meeting to anotber location,
without prier notice thereof, in the event the meeting place i
of insufficient capacity to provide adequate seating far those
wishing to attend said meeting.
1.3 Holidays. If a regular meeting date shall fall on a legal holiday
or
n the evening preceding a legal holiday, as defined
by statute, the regular meeting shall be held an the following
Wednesday at the same time and place.

Be it ordained by Ne City Co sefi of the Ciry ofBamyor, as /oibwe:
THAT Chapter I, Article 2, Section 1 0£ the Ordinances of the City of
Bangor be amended as follows:
Sec. 1 Council Meetings. The regular meetings of the City
