ORDERED,
TEAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit an application to
the Maine Law Enforcement Planning and Assistance Agency for two police
officers to attend the IACP Bomb Scene Officer Training Course in Syracuse,
N. Y.
STATEMENT OF FACT: To train two police officers, one who is assigned to
regular city patrol area and one who is assigned to
International Airport patrol. Training would Include: incident response,
cognition of explosive and Incendiary devices, evacuation procedures,
damage control measures, movement of devices to asafe area Be absence of
technician, reporting, recording and other related subjects.
