BY flue City Council of Gee City of Bangor.
ORDERED,
T9AT the City Manager be authorized to increase the present
pay plan 3% for all personnel exclusive of department heads, division
heads and those still involved in collective bargaining.
And be it further ordered that this plan be made effective
as of February 27, 1972.
