Be itordained by the City Cotetwll of the City of Bangor, aefoilorue:
That the Korn boundary lines asestablished by the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Bangor on October 24, 1960, as emended, be hereby further amended as follows:
To change from Agricultural zone to General Business zone a parcel of land
n the east side of Hogan Road and north of Mt. Hope Avenue being more particularity
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east side line of Hogan Road 248 feet more or less
Orth of the intersection of Mt. Hope Avenue which is the point of beginning for
this described parcel.
Thence in an easterly direction and at right angles 6001 more or less to a
point:
Thence in an ortherly direction parallel to Hogan Road for a distance of
300, more or lessto a point{
Thence in a
westerly direction and at right angles for a distance of 600'
more or less torapoint on the east line of Hagan Roadi
Tbeuce sooMerly by and along the east line of Hogan Road 300' to the point
of beginning.
Thus describing a parcel of land apprentices rely 4.13 acres.
