_ That the zone boundary lines asestablished by the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Bangor on October 24, 1960, an amended, be hereby further amended as
follows:
To change from Residential "A" zone to Residential ^B" zone a parcel of lard
Orth of Grandview Avenue between Prentiss Woods and Essex Street more particularlly
described as follows:
Connecting at a point being the intersection of the northwest corner of
Essex Street and Grandview Avenue; Thence westerly along the north line of
Grandview Avenue 450' to the point of beginning. Thence
continuing westerly along
said lines intersection with the east line of the land known as Prentiss Wends;
Thence northerly ming said east line 1815' to the northeast corner of said Prentiss
Woods; Thence easterly along the north line extended of said Prentiss Woods 1315'
more r less to said lines intersection with the west line of Essex Street; Then

lutersection of Grandview Avenue and Essex Street.
Gentlemen
Please be advised that the Planning Board had schedule a Public hearing
April 3, 1912 on the above request.
At that time, at the request of the applicant, the application was
withdraw and no Public Hearing was held.
The applicants felt that their request would not adequately accomplish
what they had intended, and are submitting a subsequent request.
