ORDICUP,
THAT the purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to offer
for public sale on a bid basis the following tax -acquired real estate:
(1) Land and building located at 8 Grace Court,
Bangor, Maine, described in a deed recorded
In Volume 1016, Page 360, Penobscot Registry
of Deeds, formerly owned by the Prank Rice
Heirs, and described as Lot 35 on Assessors'
Map 30.
(2) Land to the [aof the above indicated parcel,
described in adeed recorded in Vol,me 1286,
Page LEA, Penobscot Registry of Deeds, formerly
owned by Clifton and Frances Dunham and further
described as Lot 35A on Assessors' Map 30.
ORDERED, THAT the building described in Paragraph (1) above shall be
offered for sale on the condition that it be brought up to "code standards"
by the purchaser within twelve months after acceptance of his bid and on
any other coca itiom as may be imposed by the Finance Committee.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, THAT the City Treasurer, upon the completion of
all required repairs and subject to Finance Committee approval, is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Release Deed (Quit -Claim Deed without
Covenants) of the above indicated property to the successful bidder.
