We have agreed that there should be more trash receptacles 1n the city of Bangor. We are not only speak - Ing of the downtown area,but also the small neighborhood streets. We feel this is very important,and must be taken care of soon. Our opinion is that if there were more trash receptacles it would help cut down the amount of pollution in Bangor.People 'would not throw as many ca ,and wrappers on. the ground if there was receptacle nearby.Obviously people are not willing to walk two or three blocks to throw away a few small wraDTors.
