In the County of Penobscot and State of Maine,
in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations
paid by Louie Segal
of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Mine
the reoelpt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby tames,
Mess, hargeln, Hell end rnseeg, and forever quit -claim unto the said
Louie Segal, his
Heirs and Assigns forever, all its right, title and interest In
and to the following described real estate situated at
Bangor in the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly described as follows:
A certain lot or Parcel of land situate in said Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, on the westerly aide
of Birch Street, and being lot numbered sixty-six (66),
measuring sixty (60) feet me said street, by owe hundred
thirty-two (132) feet in depth, accordirg to the plan of
Land on Birch Street as surveyed for Gecrge W. Ladd, Esq.
by Fred R. 6 P. B. Coombe, dated May 25, 1868, and recorded
in Plan gook No. 2, Page 49, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being all the same premises conveyed by Jeremiah D. and
Margaret A. Hatfield to Herbert A. Crosby by deed dated
June ], 1900 and recorded in Volume 695, Page 434,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said Herbert A. Crosby
having died without a will on April 28, 1932 In said
Bangor, and Mary B. Pretty of Bangor being his only heir
at Lay. Said Mary B. Prouty having died on Cetobex 28,
1947.
Being all and the ease premises acquired by the City of
Bangor (by Ralph L. Weymouth and John G. Yield, Tax
Collectors) for unpaid taxes assessed for the years
1961, 1962, X963, L964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968 and 1969
