Ladd, Esq. by Fred R. 6 P. B. Coombe, dated May 25, 1868, and recorded in Plan gook No. 2, Page 49, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being all the same premises conveyed by Jeremiah D. and Margaret A. Hatfield to Herbert A. Crosby by deed dated June ], 1900 and recorded in Volume 695, Page 434, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said Herbert A. Crosby having died without a will on April 28, 1932 In said Bangor, and Mary B. Pretty of Bangor being his only heir at Lay. Said Mary B. Prouty having died on Cetobex 28, 1947. Being all and the ease premises acquired by the City of Bangor (by Ralph L. Weymouth and John G.
