Welch, Jr. of Bangor, County of Penobeect. Being all and the same premises acquired by the City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Tax Collector) for unpaid taxes assessed for the years 1967, 1968, and 1969 by virtue oftax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2129, Page 859; Vote 2158, Page 448 and Volum 2185, Page 26 respectively.
