ORDERED,
THAT the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and deliver the attached release dead to Bernard P. Welch, Jr. for a certain
parcel of land located on Wingate Court in said City of faulty.

In Consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations
paid by Bernard P. Welch, Jr.
of Bangor, County of Penobeect. State of Blaine
the receipt whereof It does hereby aclnowledge, does hereby remise,

Bernard P. Welch, Jr., his
Heirs and Assigns forever, all Its right, title and interest in
and to the following described real estate situated at
Bangor in the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly described as follows:
A certain parcel of land located on Wingate Court in
said City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of
Maine and described in a deed recorded in Volume 804,
Page 12, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being all and the same premises acquired by the City
of Bangor (by John G. Field, Tax Collector) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the years 1967, 1968, and 1969 by
virtue oftax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Volume 2129, Page 859; Vote 2158, Page
448 and Volum 2185, Page 26 respectively.
Grantee's address: 4 Wingate Court, Bangor, Maine
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor
may have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for
the tax year(s) 1967, 1968 and 1969
