ORDERED,
THAT, WHEREAS, the City has a previous agreement with ErnestA Caliendo
for the construction of Hempstead Avenue and a portion of Saratoga Avenue between
Hempstead Avenue and Mt. Hope Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the construction of said roadway is presently wall under -way, now
therefore, be It
ORDERED, that the attached final plan of the portion of the Woodlawn
Development Subdivision which includes Hempstead Avenue and Saratoga Avenue
between Hempstead Avenue and Mt. Hope Avenue, be and hereby is accepted.
